Nanosecond to Femtosecond lasers, ultrafast solid-state pulsed lasers, turn-key
systems and customsolutions are the core business of Thales Laser. The quality
and the stability of its products meet the needs of both industrial and
scientific applications.
NEW Flashlamp-pumped Yag Laser - SAGA 330/10
This new model retains the same compact dimensions for the laser head
( 110* 18.8 * 28.8 cm) as previous models, whilst delivering 2.5 J per pulse at 532 nm at 10Hz.
The optical design is such that the critical optics are subject to relatively low power densities that are well within tolerance limits, thus ensuring reliable long term performance.
The laser incorporates a birefringence compensating scheme that results in high conversion efficiency to the second harmonic.
Of particular interest for the pumping of high energy ultrafast amplifiers, the high pulse energy output of the SAGA 330/10 will reduce the number of individual pump lasers required in Terawatt and Petawatt systems, saving space and reducing cost.
ETNA HP Nd:YAG laser, available in IR and green versions, delivers 55W
to 150W at 532 nm and 80W to 200W at 1064 nm with M² from 1.2 to 20. ETNA
HP can operate from 4kHz to more than 30 kHz, with a typical pulse duration of
45 ns at 10 kHz.
The pulse to pulse stability <1.5% rms and the stability over
24H is < 2%. With a beam pointing better than ± 30 µrad, this laser is designed for industrial (microelectronics, solar panel…) as well as scientific applications and offers the highest power in the green on the market. The laser head
dimensions are LxWxH: 1100x280x190 mm. A water-water heat exchanger dissipates
the thermal load.
THALES Laser introduces
its new Atlas, the ideal pump for PetaWatt Ti:Sa femtosecond lasers,
based on a glass phosphate technology with a typical repetition rate of
1 shot per minute (up to 0.05Hz).
